Refund Policy

At DevSecura, we invest significant professional expertise, resources, and time immediately upon confirmation of an order. Many of our services involve digital delivery, customized work, consulting, or cybersecurity assessments that begin shortly after payment.

Accordingly, the following Refund Policy applies.

General Policy

All payments made to DevSecura are final.

By purchasing any product or service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.

Strict No Refund Policy

DevSecura follows a strict no-refund policy.

No refunds, whether full or partial, shall be issued after payment has been successfully processed, except where required by applicable law.

All digital products, downloadable content, reports, software, templates, videos, training materials, licenses, and documents are considered delivered once access is granted, the files are made available, or they are sent electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued after delivery or access has been provided.

Customized Services

Security assessments, consulting, penetration testing, report preparation, and custom development are performed specifically for each client.

Once work has been scheduled or commenced, the service is considered committed and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing service descriptions, pricing, scope, timelines, and requirements before making payment.

Questions should be clarified before completing the purchase.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate unwarranted payment disputes or chargebacks for services or digital products that have been delivered or substantially performed.

In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal, DevSecura reserves the right to suspend services, revoke access to digital products, and pursue available contractual or legal remedies to recover outstanding amounts and associated costs, where permitted by law.

Exceptional Circumstances

If DevSecura is unable to deliver a purchased service due solely to reasons entirely within our control, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Reschedule the service,
  • Offer service credits, or
  • Provide another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Acceptance

By making payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
